[:en]74 b – Eimskip orders another model 6 Terex Gottwald crane

Eimskip Islands ehf, a leading and growing shipping company, operating in the entire North
Atlantic, has ordered yet another Terex Gottwald Model 6 mobile harbour crane.
The order brings the number of Terex Gottwald mobile harbour cranes presently operated by
Eimskip to six units.
Early 2016, the new crane will be shipped from Antwerp to Iceland on a heavy lift vessel, fully
assembled and tested, ready for operation, when arriving at Sundahófn Terminal in Reykjavik.
The delivery also signals the relocation of two existing Terex Gottwald cranes to Vestmannaeyjar,
an island some 30 km off Iceland’s south coast and Torshavn (Faroe Islands), where Eimskip
strengthens its capacity, due to increasing traffic[:]
